Binergy Ieper and Cintras

Antwerp –Thenergo (Euronext Brussels: THEB) announces that today the Court of Commerce in Antwerp ruled positively on the request by its subsidiary Binergy Ieper nv to apply the Law of the 31st of January 2009, regarding the Continuity of enterprises, until the 10th ofAugust 2010.

Today the Board of Directors of Cintras nv, decided to file for bankruptcy. The receivables of Thenergo nv on Cintras were already impaired on 31 December 2009. Cintras is a former subsidiary of Leysen which remained in the Thenergo group after the Leysen sale. The activities of Cintras were related to the jatropha activities which have been ended previously.
